The brief

98 Gym brought us in as consultants to investigate and advise on issues across the 98 Training app and its complex integrations. What started as a diagnostic engagement grew into a broader consulting role, advising on their entire technology ecosystem and future direction. We have since taken over development of the app, managing the codebase and delivering ongoing improvements and new features.
